Return-refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA)

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to the address provided

  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the status of your return

  • If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us with photos of the issue and your order details.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank or credit card statement

  • Then contact your payment provider—some banks take time to process

  • If the refund is still missing, contact us at [insert your email]


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.
